哈密瓜是全国驰名的新疆的特产,随着人民生活水平不断提高,销路日广,渐有供不应求的趋势。兰新铁路通车后,供应范围更广,除适当扩大栽培面积外,更主要的是提高单位面积产量。目前由于栽培技术落后,一般产量停留于2,000斤上下,便增产潜力是很大的。1958年我红星一分场由于贯澈了丰产技术措施,100亩丰产田平均亩产达到5,632斤。其中40亩单产6,475斤,15亩达11,074斤,1.1亩达43,600斤。
Hami melon is a well-known Xinjiang specialty, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, sales wide day by day, there is a trend in short supply. After the opening of the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway, the supply is wider. In addition to appropriately expanding the cultivation area, more important is to increase the yield per unit area. At present, due to backward cultivation techniques, the general output stays at about 2,000 kg, and the potential for yield increase is very large. In 1958, because of the thorough production of high-yielding technical measures, I achieved a total of 5,632 catties per mu in 100 acres of high-yield fields. Among them, 40 mu yield was 6,475 jin, 15 mu was 11,074 jin and 1.1 mu was 43,600 jin.
