—、前言化工及海洋仪表用的耐蚀弹性元件一直未能园满解决。进口的耐120℃醋酸腐蚀的波纹膜片,是在不锈钢膜片上贴四氟乙烯作为保护膜。这样,不仅贴膜工艺麻烦,使膜片产生附加误差,且在使用中发现仪表经过一段时间(几个月)运行后,不锈钢膜片往往因四氟乙烯被渗透而造成受蚀穿孔。我们研制的Nb合金(Nb1~5Mo1~3Zr<4Ti)是较理想的耐蚀波纹膜片材料。一次冲型平整,和不锈钢能牢靠地焊接。耐蚀性极好,弹性性能和疲劳性能亦

Imported 120 ℃ acetic acid corrosive corrugated diaphragm, PTFE membrane is attached to the stainless steel as a protective film. In this way, not only troublesome filming process, additional error is generated on the film, and in use, it is found that the stainless steel film often undergoes perforation due to permeation of tetrafluoroethylene after the instrument is operated for a period of time (several months). The Nb alloy (Nb1 ~ 5Mo1 ~ 3Zr <4Ti) we developed is the ideal corrosion resistant corrugated membrane material. A red-type formation, and stainless steel can be reliably welded.
