本文报道香草兰茎蔓侧芽及顶芽为材料,应用组织培养技术不经过愈伤组织直接从外植体诱导产生丛芽,继而培养成试管苗,并移栽后成活的试验结果。
In this paper, the lateral buds and the top buds of the stems of vanilla were used as materials. The tissue culture technique was used to induce the buds directly from the explants without callus and then cultured into test tube seedlings.
