包头市是内蒙古最早开展社区民族工作的城市,从最初建立试点社区到现在由点及面稳步推进社区各项民族工作,明确社区民族工作任务,形成社区民族工作各项制度,社区民族工作已取得显著成效。但仍存在各社区民族工作开展不均衡、试点后续工作推进慢、经费短缺、工作人员队伍力量不够等问题。需结合包头市各社区实际情况,借鉴他区良好经验,建立健全社区民族工作体制机制,最终形成以社区民族工作为依托,各部门齐抓共管的民族工作社会化格局。

It is necessary to combine with the actual conditions of communities in Baotou and learn from the good experience of other districts to establish and improve the system and mechanism of community nationalities work and ultimately form the socialized pattern of ethnic work based on the joint efforts of all ethnic groups and departments.
