我組從五月三十一日至六月十日在醴陵縣作了十天視察,除聽取了縣委副書記賀秉賢、縣長歐陽文道等同志的彙報外,並分組去一區、五區重點訪間了何家瓏等九個工作基礎不同的鄉、一個縣農場、二十二個農業生產合作社、幾十個互助組和百多家農戶。我們一致的認識是:這些地方無論在政治、經濟、文化各個方面都呈現着新的氣象,互助合作、生產救災、糧食供應、社會治安等情况都是比較穩定的、正常的。群众中互助合作、提高生產的先進風氣空前高漲,群众生活水平也隨着農業生產的逐年增漲有了不斷改善,在農村裹沒有發現任何餓飯、逃荒、生產廢棄的現象。現分别報告如下: (一)關於互助合作方面:全縣絕大都份鄉均已建社,最多的何家瓏鄉已有十六個社,接近基本合作化。大多數社都是此較健全和鞏固的。我們訪問的一些社,均有此較正規的經營管理制度,社员情緒也很穩定,社社生產搞得好,群众普遍反映合作社的禾苗比互助組强,互助組的又此單幹戶强。何
Our group made a ten-day inspection in Liling County from May 31 to June 10, and listened to the reports of Comrade He Bingxian, deputy county party secretary and Ouyang Wendao, the county magistrate, He mainly paid visits to nine townships, one county farm, 22 agricultural cooperatives, dozens of mutual aid groups and over a hundred farmers with nine work bases including He Long. Our unanimous understanding is that all these places have shown a new atmosphere in all aspects of politics, economy and culture. Mutual cooperation and cooperation, production and disaster relief, food supply and public order are all stable and normal. The advanced customs and practices of mutual assistance and cooperation among the masses and the enhancement of production have all along been unprecedentedly increased. The standard of living of the masses has also been continuously improved with the year-on-year increase of agricultural production. No hungry rice, desertion and abandoned production have been found in rural areas. Now they are respectively reported as follows: (1) Regarding mutual aid and cooperation: Most of the townships in the county have established social groups. The largest number of Hejialong Township has 16 associations and is close to the basic cooperation. Most clubs are more robust and consolidated. Some of the agencies we visited have more formal management systems and members are more emotionally stable and social production is better. The masses generally report that the cooperatives are stronger than the mutual aid groups and that the mutual aid groups are still single-handedly strong. what
