何××,女,21岁。已婚,社员,乾县关头人。因经常有阵发性心慌、心跳、头晕,赤脚医生以克山病怀疑对象送检。患者主诉从17岁起每在劳动过重或生气后出现阵发性心慌、心跳加快,有时每日发作,间隔最长不过三日。心跳加快时长时短,长者可达十多小时。同时感头晕,喉咙梗塞,无恶心呕吐或昏厥,有时即刻蹲蹴、低头,手捂眼部可暂缓解。平素健康,无重要不适,否认风湿及其它病史,家族无类似情况。检查:发育中等,营养良好,精神佳。胸部:胸廓对称,无异常。肺脏:听诊正常。心脏:心尖扑动在左锁骨中线第五肋内1
