太原理工大学常晓明教授留日8年后回国自筹资金创办了“晓明研究室”。他遵循招生少量化、学科交叉化、管理规范化、培养精英化和研究系统化的原则,在培养高素质研究生的同时,特别注重以“兴趣驱动、项目引导、文化熏陶、注重过程”的方式开展大学生创新实践活动,逐步完成了高素质嵌入式系统人才培养模式的构建。从研究室毕业的学生,无论考研还是找工作,前景都十分喜人。
Taiyuan University of Technology Professor Chang Xiaoming returned to China after 8 years of self-financing founded “Xiaoming laboratory ”. He follows the principle of “small amount of enrollment, discipline interdisciplinary, standardization of management, cultivation of elitism and systematization of research”.
