目的观察氟氯氰菊酯染毒大鼠亚急性吸入毒性。方法 7周龄清洁级SD大鼠随机分成5组,每组雌雄各5只,分别吸入氟氯氰菊酯0,7.81,9.05,18.98 mg/m3及溶剂二甲亚砜,每天6 h,每周5 d,共28 d。实验结束时取血液做常规生化指标、血细胞指标、血凝学指标检测。取心、肝、脾等8种主要脏器称重并做病理组织学检查。结果 18.98 mg/m3组动物在染毒中呈现反复抓挠口周、烦躁不安、鼻有血性分泌物、颤抖,染毒结束后呈现萎靡、蜂腰、四肢无力的体征。雌性动物的毒性表现较雄性低。与溶剂对照组相比,雄性大鼠体质量及总食饲效率降低、肾质量下降、肾上腺脏器系数升高;生化检查显示,雌雄动物天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)升高。9.05 mg/m3组雄性动物有同样指标变化。其他剂量组动物未见明显异常表现。病理组织学观察均未见明显异常病变。结论氟氯氰菊酯染毒大鼠亚急性吸入后未观察到有害作用水平(NOAEL)为7.81 mg/m3,具有一定的神经毒性。
Objective To observe the subacute inhalation toxicity of cyhalothrin in rats. Methods The 7-week-old clean SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, each containing 5 cyfluthrin inhalers cyfluthrin 0,7.81,9.05,18.98 mg / m3 and solvent dimethylsulfoxide 6 h daily for 5 d , A total of 28 d. At the end of the experiment, blood was taken for routine biochemical indicators, blood cell indicators, hemagglutination test. Toxicity in females is lower than in males. Compared with the solvent control group, the body weight and the total food-feeding efficiency of male rats decreased, while the kidney mass decreased and the coefficient of the organ of the adrenal glands increased. The biochemical tests showed that aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of the male and female animals increased. 9.05 mg / m3 group of males have the same indicators of change. Other dose group animals showed no obvious abnormalities. Histopathological examination showed no obvious abnormalities. Conclusion No adverse effect level (NOAEL) was found to be 7.81 mg / m3 after exposure to cyfluthrin in rats. It has some neurotoxicity.
