肝动脉解剖变异的64层螺旋CT血管成像研究(250例分析)

This study used 64-slice spiral CT high resolution abdominal CTA to determine the incidence of various hepatic artery variability. A total of 250 consecutive CTA cases examined by 64-slice spiral CT were evaluated. Two radiologists analyzed images of the arterial phase. Images were dissected according to the Michels classification. Anatomic variations of the hepatic artery were observed in 34% of cases. The most common type of mutation is Michels III
