目的 探讨 p5 3、p2 1WAF - 1 蛋白与贲门癌发生发展的关系及其相互关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测 2 6例贲门粘膜轻度炎症、2 8例重度炎症、2 1例不典型增生和 6 0例贲门腺癌组织中 p5 3、p2 1WAF - 1蛋白的表达状况。结果 1随贲门上皮病变的加重 ,p5 3蛋白的阳性表达率呈上升趋势。从轻度炎症→重度炎症→不典型增生→腺癌 ,p5 3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 15 .4 %、39.1%、5 7.1%和 6 6 .7%。 2贲门腺癌中 p5 3多为高表达 (5 5 % ) ,与其他各组比较差异显著。 3不典型增生中 p2 1WAF- 1 蛋白表达最强 ,腺癌组 p2 1WAF - 1 阳性表达率 2 1.6 %明显低于轻度炎症组和不典型增生组。 4 p5 3、p2 1WAF- 1蛋白表达一致者占 5 1.8% ,表达不一致者占 4 8.1% ,两者表达无显著相关性。结论 p5 3、p2 1WAF - 1在贲门癌发生发展中起重要作用。在贲门癌变过程中 ,p2 1WAF - 1 的诱导存在着不依赖 p5 3的途径。
Objective To investigate the relationship between p5 3, p2, 1WAF - 1 protein and the occurrence and development of cardiac cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 and p21WAF - 1 protein in 26 patients with cardia mucosa mild inflammation, 28 severe inflammation, 21 atypical hyperplasia and 60 gastric cardia adenocarcinoma. Results With the aggravation of cardia epithelial lesions, the positive rate of p5 3 protein showed an upward trend. From mild inflammation to severe inflammation to dysplasia to adenocarcinoma, the positive rates of p5-3 protein were 15.4%, 39.1%, 51.1% and 66.7%, respectively. 2 gastric cardia adenocarcinoma in the high expression of p5 3 (55%), compared with the other groups significant differences. 3 atypical hyperplasia p2 1WAF - 1 protein expression the strongest, adenocarcinoma group p2 1WAF - 1 positive expression rate of 21.6% was significantly lower than mild inflammation group and atypical hyperplasia group. 4 p5 3, p2 1WAF-1 protein expression accounted for 5 1.8%, inconsistent expression accounted for 4 8.1%, no significant correlation between the expression. Conclusion p5 3 and p2 1WAF - 1 play an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiac cancer. In the process of carcinogenesis of gastric cardia, p2 1WAF - 1 induces p65 - independent pathways.
