目的:探讨毓麟合剂对自体移植复制子宫内膜异位症大鼠血浆神经内啡肽(β-EP)的影响。方法:取子宫内膜异位症(EMT)模型造模成功的大鼠30只,随机分为模型组、那曲酮组和毓麟合剂组各10只,另设假手术组10只,那曲酮组灌服2mg.kg-1.d-1,毓麟合剂灌服11 g.kg-1.d-1,模型组和假手术组灌服生理盐水7.5 ml.kg-1.d-1,连续1个月;取血检测血浆神经内啡肽。结果:模型组大鼠血浆神经内啡肽(429.67±124.51)μg.ml-1,与假手术组(80.53±57.13)μg.ml-1相比,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01);与模型组相比,那曲酮组(95.75±33.26)μg.ml-1和毓麟合剂组(184.36±89.12)μg.ml-1差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:毓麟合剂使大鼠血浆神经内啡肽水平降低,从而可能通过影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴继而影响妊娠功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yulin tablet on plasma neuroendorphin (β-EP) in autotransplanted endometriosis rats. Methods: Thirty rats with successful endometriosis (EMT) model were randomly divided into model group, naltrexone group and Yulian Mixture group, with 10 rats in each group and 10 rats in sham group The rats in the model group and the sham operation group were given saline (7.5 ml.kg-1.d-1, Continuous 1 month; blood test plasma neuroendorphin. Results: Compared with sham operation group (80.53 ± 57.13) μg.ml-1, the level of plasma endogenous neuropeptide (429.67 ± 124.51) μg.ml-1 in model group was significantly different (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the differences between the naltrexone group (95.75 ± 33.26) μg.ml-1 and the Yulin group (184.36 ± 89.12) μg.ml-1 were significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Yulin mixture can decrease plasma neuroendorphin in rats, which may affect pregnancy function by affecting the hypothalamus - pituitary - gonadal axis.
