新工艺成功地用于生产1000MW级的汽轮发电机大型转子锻件,该锻件是用每根锭重425吨制成的。在生产中最重要的方法之一是要锻合铜锭中内部缺陷的锻造法。为了解决该问题,采用一套2m宽的V型砧,未经镦粗生产大型转子锻件。热处理是提供均匀而细小的奥氏体晶粒组织的另一个重要方法,这种组织对获得良好韧性是重要的。为了使热处理易于减小奥氏体晶粒尺寸,进行了一次广泛的研究,发现延长回火处理或奥氏体化前的预热处理是非常有用的。本文叙述了采用上述工艺成功生产的大型转子锻件的质量。
The new process was successfully used to produce large rotor forgings of 1000 MW class turbogenerators made from 425 tonnes of ingot per ingot. One of the most important methods in production is forging forging of internal defects in copper ingots. To solve this problem, a 2m wide V-shaped anvil was used to produce large rotor forgings without upsetting. Heat treatment is another important method of providing uniform and fine austenitic grain structure, which is important for obtaining good toughness. In order to make the heat treatment easy to reduce the austenite grain size, an extensive study was conducted and it was found useful to extend the preheating treatment before tempering or austenitizing. This article describes the quality of large forgings produced successfully using the above process.
