目的 检测晚期血吸虫病肝组织的端粒酶的活性 ,探讨日本血吸虫病肝硬化与恶性变的相关性。方法 建立人工感染小鼠中度和重度血吸虫病肝硬化的动物模型 ,用ELISA法分别检测小鼠血清及肝组织中端粒酶活性表达。结果 血清中端粒酶的活性在各组之间差异无显著性 ,重感染组肝组织中端粒酶活性与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 晚期血吸虫病肝组织的端粒酶活性显著性增高 ,有恶性变的可能 ,值得进一步关注和研究。
Objective To detect telomerase activity in liver of advanced schistosomiasis and to explore the correlation between schistosomiasis japonica cirrhosis and malignant transformation. Methods Animal models of moderate and severe schistosomiasis cirrhosis in mice were established. The expression of telomerase activity in serum and liver tissues was detected by ELISA. Results There was no significant difference in the activity of telomerase in serum between the groups. The difference of telomerase activity in the liver tissue of the heavily infected group was significant compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The telomerase activity of liver in advanced schistosomiasis patients is significantly increased, with the possibility of malignant transformation, which deserves further attention and research.
