由于社会生活水平的稳步提高,全面预算管理开始逐渐对企业今后的发展方面造成极为重要的影响。因此,就企业自身而言,一定要想方设法构建一个全面且完好的预算管理体系,为自身发展提供必要协助。文章主要描述了现阶段存在于某一公司内部预算管理情况,并在此基础上对其中产生的一些列问题展开了重点分析,进而就这些问题相应的提出了几点加强构建企业的全面预算管理的具体举措。
