目的:建立降香挥发油指纹图谱分析方法,对降香药材进行质量评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Hypersil ODS2(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,检测波长220nm,柱温25℃。结果:采用相似度软件分析,确定共有峰13个,10批海南产地降香药材相似度大于0.9。结论:降香挥发油液相指纹图谱特征性强、方法简便、重现性好,可为降香药材及制剂质量评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a fingerprint analysis method of Volatile Oil and evaluate its quality. Methods: The column was eluted with Hypersil ODS2 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using a gradient elution of methanol and water at a flow rate of 1 mL / min. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: Using similarity software analysis, 13 common peaks were identified, and the similarity of desiccated medicinal materials in 10 batches of Hainan origin was greater than 0.9. Conclusion: The fingerprint of Volatilla striata volatile oil is characterized by its strong characteristic, simple method and good reproducibility. It can provide evidence for the evaluation of medicinal materials and preparation quality.
