中国宏观经济学会常务副秘书长王建认为,当前经济确有走冷的趋势,宏观调控应更多地关注生产过剩问题,并及早进行政策准备。分析当前各项宏观数据,王建认为经济有走冷的趋势:从消费看,CPI在去年三季度达到峰值后,呈现下降趋势,今年四五月份已降到2%以内;出口方面,今年1-5月份顺差达到创纪录的300亿美元,说明国内的产品在往外走;再看投资,今年一季度投资增长速度仍在22%以上,但是从新增项目看,其增长率已经下降到1.7%,比去年一季度下降了近30个百分点,说明投资的增长
