彩色多普勒超声联合弹性超声成像诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声与弹性超声成像在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的应用。方法选取门诊、住院接诊的60例甲状腺结节患者作为本次研究对象。所有患者均先采用彩色多普勒超声检测,再进行弹性超声成像检测,观察2组良、恶性结节诊断结果、超声资料、甲状腺结节成像结果。结果通过对60例甲状腺结节患者的检测,弹性超声组检查形态规则、边界清晰情况人数检查较准确,有晕环、微小钙化、血流信号丰富情况较小,多普勒超声检查形态规则、边界清晰情况人数较模糊,有晕环、微小钙化、血流信号丰富情况较高,上述检出率均明显高于多普勒超声组(P<0.05)。甲状腺结节弹性超声成像评分恶性结节4~5分明显高于良性结节(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在弹性超声成像的铺助下,能够准确的获取结节内部组织信息,准确判断良、恶性结节,弥补彩色多普勒超声的不足。 Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Sixty thyroid nodules were selected as outpatients and admissions for thyroid nodules. All patients were first detected by color Doppler ultrasound, and then ultrasound elastography test, two groups of benign and malignant nodules were diagnosed, ultrasound data, thyroid nodule imaging results. The results of 60 cases of thyroid nodules in patients with detection of elastic ultrasound examination of morphological rules, the number of clear border check more accurate, halo, microcalcifications, less rich in blood flow signals, Doppler ultrasound morphology rules, The number of border clear cases was vague, with halo, microcalcifications, and abundant blood flow signals. The above detection rates were significantly higher than those in Doppler ultrasound group (P <0.05). Thyroid nodules elastic ultrasound imaging of malignant nodules 4 to 5 points was significantly higher than that of benign nodules (P <0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound with the help of elastic ultrasound imaging can accurately obtain the nodule internal tissue information and accurately determine the benign and malignant nodules to make up for the lack of color Doppler ultrasound.
