目的识别、分析与评价建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别,为建设项目分类管理提供科学依据。方法采用类比法和检查表法对该项目进行评价。结果生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为非甲烷总烃、二甲苯、乙苯、二苯胺、氢氧化钙、氢氧化锂、硼酸、烷基酚、二丙二醇甲醚、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、氢氧化钠、粉尘、噪声,其中类比检测非甲烷总烃CTWA<0.2 mg/m3、二甲苯CTWA<3.3 mg/m3、苯CTWA<0.6 mg/m3,均未超过国家职业卫生标准。建设项目的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援措施等内容基本符合卫生学要求。结论该项目运作运转过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素可以预防和控制,建设项目可行。

Construction site selection, the overall layout, occupational hazards protection facilities, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and emergency rescue measures basically meet the hygiene requirements. Conclusion The occupational hazards that may exist during the operation of the project can be prevented and controlled, and the construction project is feasible.
