落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会,离不开基层党组织充分发挥联系群众、凝聚人心的作用。因而,坚持把服务群众作为基层党建工作创新的一个基本任务和切入点,能够有力地带动党群关系的密切,带动党组织和党员加强自身建设的积极性。
Implementing the scientific concept of development and building a socialist harmonious society can not be achieved without the grass-roots party organizations giving full play to their role of connecting the masses and building the people’s heart. Therefore, persisting in serving the masses as a basic task and entry point in the party-building innovation at the grassroots level can effectively drive the close relationship between the party and the masses and promote the enthusiasm of the party organizations and party members in strengthening their own construction.
