《久久合家欢》栏目组成立于1999年3月,5月1日正式开播。当时,面临国内各电视台综艺节目普遍下滑,娱乐节目纷纷上马的形势,制片人审时度势,在栏目创立之初就定位在每期一个主题,每期一个热点,每期一个故事,每期一份亲情上,呈现方式是将电视的新闻性、专题性、社教性、文艺性融为一体。宗旨是:贴近生活,贴近百姓,贴近时代。《久久合家欢》以百姓家庭为定位,是一档大众化休闲娱乐节目,主要由嘉宾访谈、百姓话题、文艺演出、游艺游戏和抽奖竞猜等构成。通过节目,把中国老百姓那种富有人情味的家庭所特有的天伦之乐、和睦亲情充分体现出来,在娱乐中体味人生苦辣酸甜。节目的经营理念
