紫癜性肾炎是毛细血管及小动脉的变态反应性疾病,发病率其说不一,本文不包括随着过敏性紫癜症状的痊愈其一过性血尿也相继消失的轻型病例,现将我院儿科1979—1990年收治的迁延性紫癜性肾炎47例的临床观察与追访、分析如下:
