目的:研究低频电磁场对衰老大鼠的作用,并探讨其机制。方法:采用50Hz交变磁场作用衰老大鼠,观察大鼠机体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA),大鼠的耐乏氧能力和耐力的变化。结果:经过50Hz交变磁场作用的大鼠耐乏氧力增加,耐力增强,其体内SOD的活力明显增加,MDA的含量下降。结论:低频50Hz交变磁场对衰老大鼠具有增强其抗氧化、抗疲劳作用和抗乏氧能力。
Objective: To study the effect of low-frequency electromagnetic fields on senile rats and its mechanism. Methods: Aging rats were treated with alternating magnetic field of 50 Hz to observe the changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats and the endurance of hypoxia and endurance of rats. Results: The rats subjected to alternating magnetic field of 50 Hz increased the endurance of hypoxia and endurance, and significantly increased the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the body. Conclusion: The low frequency 50Hz alternating magnetic field can enhance the anti-oxidant, anti-fatigue and anti-anoxic ability of aging rats.
