本文通过构造片状钽粉模型,建立了片状型粉末的数学模型和测试模型,并确定了片状钽粉长度、厚度及径厚比测试方法。测量前,片状钽粉先经分散处理,然后金相镶嵌并切片磨削。利用光学显微镜从水平截面测量长度的平均值,从垂直截面测量厚度的平均值,计算得出片状钽粉的径厚比,并对所得测试数据进行数理统计并进行修正,得出片状钽粉的最终径厚比。研究表明:该测试方法可以方便测试片状钽粉的平均长度、厚度及径厚比。当测量颗粒数达到200个以上时,测试数据趋于稳定,具有良好的重现性和较小的误差。
In this paper, the mathematic model and test model of flaky powder were established by constructing the flaky tantalum powder model, and the testing methods of flake tantalum powder length, thickness and diameter to thickness ratio were determined. Before measurement, flake tantalum powder first dispersed treatment, and then inlaid mosaic and slice grinding. Using an optical microscope, the average thickness of the tantalum powder is calculated from the average of the measured horizontal lengths and the average thickness of the tantalum powder measured from the vertical cross-section, and the resulting test data are statistically analyzed and corrected to obtain the tabular tantalum Final thickness ratio of powder. The results show that the test method can easily test the average length, thickness and aspect ratio of flaky tantalum powder. When the number of particles measured reaches more than 200, the test data tends to be stable, with good reproducibility and small errors.
