内孔槽,尤其是离孔端面较深的槽,其宽度尺寸不便测量。图1所示是我设计制造的检具,可较精确地测量内孔槽宽。件1、3为固定触头,6为百分表,件1、3的下端均为钢球,件1的钢球直径根据槽宽尺寸选定,保证钢球直径大于槽宽尺寸。件3的钢球直径可选用较小的。制作时,两固定触头的距离L_1要小于百分表6与件3的距离L_2,使百分表读数较槽宽公差具有较大的放大作用。测量时,先将检具固定触头1和3紧顶平板,调整百分表6,使之具有较大的压缩量,然后转动表盘,使指针对零。检具对好后,将它伸入孔内,使固定
The inner groove, especially the deep groove from the end face of the hole, is not easy to measure in terms of its width.
