泌尿生殖系畸形约占全部先天性畸形的35%～40%,往往是多发性畸形。但一侧无肾脏临床上少见。根据全世界1,027,904尸检的统计,约1,286人中有孤立肾1例,迄今同外报告先天性孤立肾600多例,国内报道19例。我院于1972～1985年遇见6例,男性5人,女性1人。报告如下:例1,男,38岁。因左侧腰痛伴血尿6年余入院。尿路平片提示左肾盂结石,右肾影缺如。膀胱镜检查,右侧输尿管口
Genitourinary deformity accounts for about 35% to 40% of all congenital malformations, often multiple deformities. However, one side of the kidney clinically rare. According to the 1,027,904 autopsy worldwide statistics, there are about 1,286 cases of isolated kidney in one case, so far with the same report of more than 600 cases of congenital solitary kidney, 19 cases reported in the country.
