过去,生产厂在停产大修中,对于被腐蚀的旧基础表层和地脚螺栓,一般都是把旧基础爆破拆除掉,重做新基础和留孔再浇灌固结地脚螺栓。这样,满足不了短期内投产的要求。四年前,我们使用了自配的一种TD型促进剂,配制成湿性环氧砂浆和混凝土,不用全部拆除混凝土基础,只要把基础中已被腐蚀的部分,打凿至呈白色(不呈现浸透的黑浅色)后,用风钻钻孔,重埋地脚螺栓,用湿性环氧混凝土浇注,既具有防腐蚀的耐久性,又具有很好的机械力学强度,与旧有混凝土层粘结紧密,无脱层起鼓,至今已使用4年多,无异变。估
