随着中国已经进入到了“稳增长、调结构、促转型”的经济发展新常态,外商直接投资的形式和投资区域更加丰富和广泛,外资企业与内资企业的互动关系将经历新常态下产业结构优化转型的洗礼。本文基于信息传播的视角研究内外资企业的互动合作关系,讨论普遍存在于地区和行业的数字鸿沟是否弱化了内外资企业的互动合作关系。研究发现:地区和行业的数字信息环境与内外资企业的互动合作之间存在显著的相关关系,这种影响具有地区和行业上的异质性;在信息传播困难的行业或地区,即低数字信息传播环境,数字鸿沟与内外资企业的互动合作存在显著负相关关系。在信息传播便捷的行业或地区,即高数字信息传播环境,数字鸿沟与内外资企业的互动合作存在正相关关系。最后基于信息传播的层面提出了促进中国内外资企业互动合作的政策建议。

This article examines the interaction and cooperation between domestic and foreign-funded enterprises based on the perspective of information dissemination, and discusses whether the digital divide that exists in the region and industry has weakened the interaction and cooperation between domestic and foreign-funded enterprises. The study finds that there is a significant correlation between the regional and industry digital information environment and the interaction between domestic and foreign-invested companies. This effect has regional and industry heterogeneity; in industries or regions where information is difficult to disseminate, that is, low numbers. There is a significant negative correlation between the information communication environment and the digital divide and the interaction between domestic and foreign-funded enterprises. In industries or regions where information is easily disseminated, that is, high digital information dissemination environments, there is a positive correlation between the digital divide and the interaction between domestic and foreign companies. Finally, based on the level of information dissemination, the policy recommendations to promote the interaction and cooperation between foreign-funded enterprises in China and other countries are proposed.
