研究了断裂螺旋槽花瓣形翅片管强化套管式水冷冷凝器的传热性能和传热强化机理,并与光滑管进行实验对比。结果表明:其管外 R113的平均冷凝给热系数是光滑管的11~18倍,管内水的对流给热系数是光滑管的1.7倍,总传热系数是光滑管的6.6倍。证明它是一种强化套管式水冷冷凝器的较佳管型。
The heat transfer performance and heat transfer enhancement mechanism of finned spiral groove petal fin tube reinforced water-cooled condenser were studied and compared with that of smooth tube. The results show that the average heat transfer coefficient of R113 outside the tube is 11 to 18 times that of the smooth tube. The convective heat transfer coefficient of water inside the tube is 1.7 times that of the smooth tube and the total heat transfer coefficient is 6.6 times of that of the smooth tube. Proved it to be a better tube type water cooled condenser tube.
