The authors report on the surgical methods and effects of 1417 patients with vasectomy and visceral occlusion. The complications and precautions of the operation were discussed. The necessity of developing a new type of perfusion fluid was put forward. It was proved that the operation was safe and effective with minimal damage , Concluded that superior to simple ligation conclusion.
