第五次冶金情报工作会议于1991年7月29日至8月1日在北京召开。参加这次会议的有来自全国地质、矿山、冶金、高等院校等108个单位的130名代表。冶金部副部长殷瑞钰、冶金部副总工程师吴溪淳、国家科委情报司副司长胡海棠,以及各部门负责同志出席了会议。殷瑞钰副部长在会上作了题为《面向生产建设,深化情报服务,促进冶金情报事业的新发展》的报告,殷副部长在报告中总结了“七五”期间冶金情报工作所取得的成绩,指出了
The Fifth Metallurgical Intelligence Working Meeting was held in Beijing from July 29 to August 1, 1991. There were 130 representatives from 108 units including geological, mining, metallurgy and higher education institutions attending this conference. Yin Ruiyu, Vice Minister of Metallurgical Department, Wu Xichun, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Metallurgical Department, Hu Bei Tang, Deputy Director General of the State Science and Technology Commission, and responsible officials from various departments attended the meeting.
