随着科研院所生产任务的日益繁重,人力资源的紧张与任务的井喷之间的矛盾愈发突出,为解决人员编制与用工需求的矛盾,科研院所开始采用劳务派遣制用工方式。如何做好劳务派遣员工的思想政治工作,实现科研院所人力资源管理工作向着更专业化、系统化和多元化的方向发展,成为新形势下思想政治工作的新课题。本文对如何加强科研院所劳务派遣员工思想政治工作进行了分析,并提出了具体的管理措施。为今后做好科研院所劳务派遣员工的思想政治工作提供了有效依据。
With the increasingly heavy workload of scientific research institutes, the contradiction between the tension of human resources and the blowout of the mission has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the contradiction between staffing requirements and employment requirements, the research institutes began to adopt the labor dispatch system. How to do the ideological and political work of dispatching workers to realize the goal of more specialized, systematic and diversified human resource management in scientific research institutes has become a new topic of ideological and political work in the new situation. This paper analyzes how to strengthen the ideological and political work of dispatched workers in scientific research institutes and puts forward specific management measures. This will provide an effective basis for the ideological and political work of dispatching workers in scientific research institutes in the future.
