最近,省政府发出通知,要求全省企业全面开展“学邯钢,降成本,抓管理,增效益”活动,这是我省认真贯彻落实江总书记关于搞好国有大中型企业重要讲话精神和省委、省政府抓好建立现代企业制度试点工作的一项有力措施,对于我省企业加强管理,提高经济运行的质量和效益具有现实而深远的意义。
