中国经济景气监测中心会同CCTV中国财经报道就城市居民投资意向对京、沪两市898位居民进行了一次问卷调查。结果显示，在一定社会环境下，有47％的城市居民愿意去乡村投资和生活，愿意去乡村投资的理由是：37％是因为厌倦都市生活的嘈杂，出于优化人生，追求质朴宁静的田野生活
