目的探讨开展门诊优质护理服务对提升护理工作质量的成效。方法以患者为中心,简化患者就医流程,加强护患关系的沟通,为门诊就诊患者提供安全和满意的护理服务。结果实施门诊优质护理服务管理后,门诊井然有序,有效缩短了就诊时间。结论开展门诊优质护理服务管理,将门诊护理规范化、标准化,有效提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of outpatient quality nursing service to improve the quality of nursing work. The method takes the patient as the center, simplifies the patient’s medical treatment process, strengthens the communication between nurses and patients and provides safe and satisfactory nursing service for outpatients. Results Outpatient quality nursing service management, out-patient and orderly, effectively shorten the treatment time. Conclusion Outpatient quality nursing service management, outpatient care standardization, standardization, effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
