以马来丝虫不同发育期虫体为抗原,用间接荧光抗体试验检测班氏丝虫微丝蚴血症者的血清抗体.结果表明,木瓜蛋白酶处理的微丝蚴整体抗原和成虫冷冻切片抗原的敏感性和特异性无显著差异,检出率分别为95.3%和93.7%。假阳性率分别为3.9%和0.感染期幼虫抗原的敏感性和特异性较差,检出率为76.2%,非流行区对照组假阳性率和交叉反应率分别为11.5%和18.8%。
Serological tests were carried out by using indirect fluorescent antibody test to detect filarial microfilariae of Bancroftian filarial in the different developmental stages of Malayan filariasis.The results showed that the whole antigen of papillary papilloma treated with papain and adult frozen sectioned antigen No significant difference in sensitivity and specificity, the detection rates were 95.3% and 93.7%. The false positive rates were 3.9% and 0. The sensitivity and specificity of larval antigens during infection were poor, with a detection rate of 76.2%. The false-positive rate and cross-reactivity rate of non-endemic control group were 11.5% and 18.8% respectively.
