本文阐明了部队自1955年以来食物中毒发生规律,即: 以肉类食品中毒最多,其次是剩饭菜,鱼蟹类、蛋类和奶类;食物中毒的病原体以大肠杆菌为多;八月多发,节日尤著;伙食标准高,管理差,中毒多;食品放置过久,腐败变质是中毒首要原因;思想麻痹大意是食物中毒的主要教训。本文探讨了食品卫生现存的一些问题如副食不能自给,对地方存在很大依赖性;采购渠道多样化;保管条件差,缺少冷藏设备,食品环境污染严重等。此外,部队服务中心的建立,兴办食品企业部给我们提出新的任务。
This article clarifies the law of food poisoning occurring in the army since 1955, namely: the most poisoned meat food, followed by leftover food, fish and crabs, eggs and milk; the pathogen of food poisoning is Escherichia coli; August Multiple, especially festivals; food standards are high, poor management, poisoning and more; food placed too long, corruption is the primary cause of poisoning; ideological paralysis is the main lesson of food poisoning. This article explores some of the existing problems of food hygiene such as non-staple food can not be self-sufficient, there is a great dependence on localities; procurement channels diversified; poor storage conditions, the lack of refrigeration equipment, food serious environmental pollution. In addition, the establishment of the military service center and the establishment of the Ministry of Food Business put forward new tasks for us.
