建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定人参中的7种人参皂苷的方法。使用超高效液相分离系统,超声波萃取法,选用Waters BEH C18分析柱(2.1mm×50 mm×1.7μm),乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,波长为203 nm,峰面积外标法定量。7种人参皂甙在5~100μg/mL浓度范围内,其浓度和峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数R≥0.999 9。针对红参,白参样品加标回收率在74.1%~103.0%之间,RSD=7.41%(n=6)。本方法前处理简单,准确,重现性好,且能同时检测7种人参皂甙分析时间短,具有较大优势。此方法适用于人参及其制品中人参皂甙的测定。
To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven kinds of ginsenosides in ginseng by ultra performance liquid chromatography. The sample was separated on a Waters BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 50 mm × 1.7 μm) using an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separation system using ultrasonic extraction. The sample was eluted with acetonitrile-water gradient and detected by UV detector at a wavelength of 203 nm. Standard method of quantitative.
