设计了以不锈钢丝螺旋为T型骨架的IUD,嵌入硅橡胶消炎痛和纯铜丝。自1994年6～12月在4个点放置600例,观察24个序月。并以TCu220C600例做对照组,按3、6、12、24个月随访。24个月续用率分别为97.69％和93.97％。随意测量两组各20例放置前、后3、6、12个月的月经血量。带消炎痛者经血量基本不变。而对照组血量约增加1倍。此外。还随意抽样10～20例不同时期宫颈粘液中消炎痛及Cu含量。作者认为鲁T药铜IUD具有安全、高效、副反应小、经济、放取方便等优点,为目前较理想的含药含铜开放型IUD。
The IUD was designed with a stainless steel wire spiral as a T-shaped skeleton, embedded with anti-inflammatory silicone rubber and pure copper wire. From June to December 1994, 600 cases were placed at 4 points and 24 months were observed. TCu220C600 cases and control group, according to 3,6,12,24 months follow-up.
