不开胸建立心包炎动物模型的方法国内外至今未见报道。通过家兔的解剖研究，我们发现家兔在其胸骨后存在明确的心包裸区，并经此区在心包腔内注入尿素溶液成功地建立了心包炎动物模型。报告如下：】材料与方法取健康家兔16只，不拘性别，体重2～2．skg，随机分为4组，每组4只。
The method of establishing an animal model of pericarditis without thoracotomy has not been reported at home and abroad. Through the anatomy of rabbits, we found that rabbits have a definite pericardium behind the sternum, and successfully established pericarditis animal model by injecting urea solution in the pericardial area. Report as follows:】 Materials and Methods 16 healthy rabbits, regardless of gender, weight 2 ~ 2. skg, were randomly divided into 4 groups of 4.
