小学三年级是过渡阶段。从掌握知识上看,以识字为重点向读写为重点过渡;从思维发展上看,由形象思维逐步向逻辑思维过渡;从认识规律上看,由感性认识向理性认识过渡。这个承上启下的衔接阶段,是一个很重要的年段。但由于教师认识不足以及学生生理、心理的变化,使得三年级学生的语文成绩波动很大。怎样顺利渡过衔接阶段?笔者认为:
