本文探讨了体育电视教材的编制问题。文章通过对一般体育电视教材与高质量体育电视教材的对比分析，对高质量体育电视教材的基本特征、内容设计及编制原则、规律等作了初步探讨和归纳，为体育电视教材编制水平的提高提供了理论依据。
