我们设计一套可调节外径的圆柱体研磨棒,用来研磨样环,取得比较满意的效果。被研磨的样环(其内孔是校验测试量具的基本精度用的)内径公差要求±0.002mm之内,粗糙度Ra0.63(▽8)以上,见图2。可调研磨棒是由外锥心轴1和莫氏内锥研磨棒2相配合,可用两个调节螺丝5作往复调节,推动垫圈4,使研磨棒2沿心棒1作轴向移动,研磨棒的外径产生微量大小的变化,研磨材料为铸铁,上面开槽6条,故有一定的弹性,见图1。研磨方法:先将样环放在内圆磨床上磨内孔,放研磨余量0.02mm左右,然后把研磨棒外径调整到比样环内孔略大一些,放在外圆磨床上用顶尖顶住,由
