我厂开始试制大型制氧机以来,铜的消耗量日益增多。目前铜材料的供应还很困难,如何解决铜材料的代用及研究铜材料的节约问题,便成为当前一项重要任务。根据我厂实际情况,铜铸件的浇注系统占铸件重量的50%以上,有的甚至超过铸件本身重量100%(指锰黄铜铸件);如果能减小冒口体积,就具有很大的节约意义。这项先进经验经过我们二个多月的试验,取得了初步成功。现将我厂在铜合金上使用发热冒口的试验和几点不成熟的体会综合介绍如下:一、发热冒口的试验过程发热冒口是利用化学能的原理,通过猛烈的化学反应过程,放出热量,使冒口内液体温度增
