“外包”纷争频发:真与假的纠葛根据2013年7月1日施行的《劳动合同法修正案》及2014年3月1日施行的《劳务派遣暂行规定》的规定,用工单位应当严格控制劳务派遣用工数量,使用的被派遣劳动者数量不得超过其用工总量的10%。超过上述比例的,最迟应于2016年3月1日之前将使用被派遣劳动者数量降至10%以内。由此,过去的三年成为劳务派遣用工转型的高峰年。
