本文首先根据我国各地区区域创新环境的现状构建了一套系统的评价指标体系,然后利用因子分析法定量地对区域创新环境的省际差异进行了测度研究,结果显示我国的区域创新环境和创新效果在不同地区之间分布极不平衡。
Firstly, this paper constructs a systematic evaluation index system according to the current situation of regional innovation environment in our country, and then uses factor analysis method to quantitatively study the inter-provincial differences in regional innovation environment.
