强国必先强教。教育是民族振兴、社会进步的基石,寄托着亿万家庭对美好生活的期盼。教育必须坚持以人为本,没有爱就没有教育。著名教育实践家和教育理论家苏霍姆林斯基曾说,热爱孩子是教师生活中最主要的东西。百年大计,教育为本。教书育人和为人师表是教师的职责。教师须牢固树立和践行“爱校如家,爱岗如命,爱生如子”的“三爱”教育观。
Power must first be taught. Education is the cornerstone of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and social progress. It places hundreds of millions of families on the hope of a better life. Education must adhere to people-oriented, no love, no education. Well-known educational practitioner and educational theorist Sukhomlinski once said that to love children is the most important thing in teacher’s life. Education is the foundation. Teaching and educating people and teachers is a teacher’s responsibility. Teachers should firmly establish and practice “three love” educational concepts such as “love school, love life as a child, love a child as a child”.
