在当前抵制和清除资产阶级精神污染的斗争中,我们应很好地研究、改善和加强学校的思想政治教育工作。本文仅就思想政治教育工作中的管、教结合的问题谈一点粗浅的看法。管(管束)和教(教导)是思想政治教育工作的两个互相渗透、相辅相成、不可分割的方面,两者的关系处理得好坏,对教育效果影响很大。随着“五讲四美、三热爱”等教育活动的开展,中小学的思想政治教育工作大大加强了。但是,在许多学校仍然存在管重于教和管、教脱节的现象,“政教处象派出所,班主任似警察”,致使教育效果并不理想。为了有效地抵制和清除精神污染,使学生健康成长,我们应该改变这种状况,做到管、教结合,教导领先。
In the current struggle to boycott and eliminate bourgeois mental pollution, we should well study, improve, and strengthen the ideological and political education in schools. This article only talks a little superficial view on the combination of management and teaching in ideological and political education. The management and teaching (teaching) are two aspects of ideological and political education that are mutually infiltrating, complementary, and inseparable. The relationship between the two is handled well and it has a great influence on the effectiveness of education. With the development of education activities such as “Five-Talking, Four-Americal, and Three-Love”, ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools has been greatly strengthened. However, in many schools, there is still a phenomenon that attaches importance to teaching and management, and teaching is disconnected. The “political and religious office is like a police station, and the head teacher is like a police officer”, resulting in an unsatisfactory educational effect. In order to effectively resist and eliminate mental pollution and enable students to grow up healthily, we should change this situation so that we can combine management and teaching and teach leadership.
