1993年6月～1995年10月,我院在12例复杂上尿路手术中同时置入双J支架引流管和肾造瘘管进行内、外引流,效果满意,现报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料本组12例,男6例,女6例;年龄26～70岁,平均43岁.一侧输尿管上段结石、同侧肾多发结石并肾重度积水8例,一侧输尿管上段结石伴肾中至重度积水、对侧肾多发结石2例,肾盂输尿管交界处病变术后狭窄并肾中度积水1例,肾盂结石术后漏尿并肾周积液感染1例.全部病例术前分别行B超、KUB及IVP、逆行性尿路造影、CT等检查确诊;总肾功能正常,患肾功能不同程度减退,电解质检查正常.

All cases Preoperative ultrasound B, KUB and IVP, retrograde urography, CT and other tests confirmed; the total renal function, varying degrees of renal dysfunction, electrolyte test was normal.
