为了尽量减少和避免突发公共事件造成的损害,配合突发公共事件应急预案的实施,突发公共事件应急平台体系正在研发之中。突发公共事件应急平台体系由信息获取子系统、应急智能子系统和决策指挥子系统构成。该体系将实现各部门、各地区应急平台的互通和资源共享,实现独立系统所不能完成的功能。
In order to minimize and avoid the damage caused by public emergencies, in conjunction with the implementation of emergency plans for emergency public emergencies, a contingency platform system for emergency public emergencies is being developed. Emergency public emergency system platform consists of information acquisition subsystem, emergency intelligence subsystem and decision-making command subsystem. This system will realize the intercommunication and resource sharing of emergency platforms among various departments and regions and realize the functions that independent systems can not accomplish.
