以异丁腈和盐酸羟胺合成异丁偕胺肟。4-哌啶甲酸经氨基保护、酰化后生成苄基4-(氯甲酰基)哌啶-1-甲酸酯,然后与异丁偕胺肟环合、脱保护合成标题化合物。产物通过LCMS和1HNMR确定其结构。

Isobutamidoxime was synthesized with isobutyronitrile and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The 4-piperidinecarboxylic acid is protected with an amino group and acylated to form benzyl 4- (chloroformacyl) piperidine-1-carboxylate which is then cyclized with isobutamine amidoxime to deprotect the title compound. The product was confirmed by LCMS and 1H NMR.
